This guide addresses the concept of legal empowerment of the poor and its interactions in the Arab region, and its relationship to issues and topics of good governance, combating corruption, enhancing transparency and accountability, distributive justice and access to economic and social rights, and the most prominent approaches to combating poverty, exclusion and marginalization.
It is an effort initiated by the Arab Organization for Human Rights in the context of joint projects with the United Nations Development Program on development issues and the integration of human rights into development.
