The 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights has taken place in many countries of the world, especially in the face of comprehensive national crises, where the manifestations of violence, killing and destruction have spread throughout the territory of these countries and the most egregious violations of human rights and human rights have been violated. Armed clashes and violent acts of violence in various cities and villages, accompanied by the devastating bombing of the Eid from the neighborhoods and buildings, in addition, there have been numerous massacres and terrorist bombings in several towns and cities (for example, in Syria, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Sudan, Burma, Chad, Uganda, Congo, Cameroon, Gambia, Mozambique, Somalia, Nigeria, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kashmir, Honduras, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Spain and France) In addition, there has been a deterioration in all levels of life, living, economic and social conditions of all people under the weight of internal crises and conflicts, the increasing numbers of those affected, especially those who have become homeless in the tense areas and the negative and large impacts on the economic situation and livelihoods of the local population. The circles of poverty,
unemployment and high prices have widened. As a result of this tragic and catastrophic situation and the scale of destruction, thousands of civilian and military casualties have been killed. Thousands of residents of forced disappearances were subjected to torture, ill-treatment, extrajudicial executions, exceptional and field trials that did not meet any of the requirements of fair trials, as well as the arrest, abduction, prosecution and execution of judgments based on the views and laws of their owners. Thousands were subjected to enforced disappearance and the constant threat to life and personal security. The displacement of tens of thousands out of their countries and their evacuation to safer and more secure places, with almost complete absence of any sense of hope on the near horizon.
